Sharon Bennett, a 43-year-old Houston resident, had suffered migraines for 32 years. Her migraines were hormonal and had worsened in the last five years, increasing from about three headaches a month to twice a week. Dr. Janis identified the corrugator muscle as the trigger point of her migraines.
"I Botoxed her corrugator muscle and the migraines completely went away," Dr. Janis says.
